Our monthly working party saw the first two fruit trees - both medlars - planted today.
We're expecting most of the remaining trees to arrive this week, so there will be another working party on Sunday 16th January.
We also repaired the stone wall where it has suffered some damage, and planted more hedging trees and shrubs along Michlow Lane.
A hardy group shifted some stone up to the area where the walling team will resume work soon. In all, 10 stalwarts turned out on a bright if chilly morning.
