Bradwell Community Orchard Group support the WI's "Bee Aware" Campaign

Bees are, of course, essential pollinators for orchards. The group supported Rebellion Knoll WI's "Bee Aware" coffee morning on 7 November. As we don't have an orchard of our own just yet, the Grindleford Community Orchard kindly allowed us to show some photographs of their work. They've been busy installing a number of hives, and learning how to look after bees. We hope in due course to encourage bees in the Bradwell Community Orchard as well.
