Keeping it tidy

The shelter belt along the lane was planted back in November 2010 with short whips no more than a few feet high... and so now it's time for a major haircut, undertaken for us by Hope Valley Tree Care this weekend.

Much neater!

The brash was turned into chippings that we've already started using as a mulch on the soft fruit area.
