Another damp Sunday morning, and once again 10 hardy people turned out to continue planting. The site really is starting to look like an orchard now.
The first of the apple trees went in today, joining the other fruit trees planted back in January.
We look forward to welcoming the Bradwell Infants School down to the orchard to help us plant some more trees. We've started to dig the holes!

We've also been given some apple trees by a monastery in Scotland, which is a very kind gesture and one we're absolutely delighted to accept. Exactly where and when these trees will be planted has yet to be decided, but watch this space!
